User Agreement

Welcome to MuSai (manju.tokzhibo.com). This agreement is between you and Hangzhou Gravity Zhihang Tech Co., Ltd. regarding use of the service. Registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Service description
MuSai offers online tools for comic-drama creation and management, including project management, asset uploads, storyboard editing, and AI-assisted generation. We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance, and will give advance notice when reasonably possible.
Accounts and data
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. Do not transfer or lend the account without permission. You warrant that uploaded and generated content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights, and you authorize us to store and process related data as needed to provide the service. We may limit or terminate access if you violate applicable law or this agreement.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” AI output may contain errors and is not warranted. You must review generated content and accept the risk of using it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by your or a third party’s conduct or by force majeure.
